• Large classroom set-ups are best in Capitol Ballroom • Above based only with a Podium/Mic for AV with MAX SEATING-If more AV/Risers needed the capacity will decrease • Risers: (1) Riser = 15" High, 5 ½' Wide, 7' Length
• Use Ballroom Foyers for buffets to maximize room space • Rounds as noted above are set maximum with a plated entrée; buffets stations take up more space, thus the room can accommodate less people • Risers: (1) - 6 ft table fits across (1) Riser-Nothing else can fit
• Do Not schedule an event with loud music (i.e.: reception or dance) next to a room with a meeting • Risers: (2) risers are needed for a head table of 3ppl; (3) risers for 4 to 6ppl; (4) risers for 7 to 9ppl. Risers are $25 per section
• Round set up does not include any AV equipment
• The Capitol Ballroom is the most versatile room Room Set-Ups • Classroom Tables:  6' x 18" (3/table max)
• Give 2 hours for pre-set & break down of rooms/ Unless Similar set-up • The Capitol Ballroom can be set in combination sets with U-Shape or Hollow Square and Theater (or Perimeter Seating) • Display Tables: (1) Rectangle Table = 6' x 30"
• Hotel provides 5 ft. (60") Rounds or 4 ft. (48") Rounds
• 99.9% of all breakfasts, lunches & dinners are set in rounds • Crescent Rounds are ideal for workshops • Recessed Ballroom screens are in Capitol I/II and Congressional I/II.
  • Standard Room Set-Ups include: Tables, Chairs, Linen, Water, Pens, Writing Pads, Candy, Waste Bins, Registration Tables (if requested) • Dance Floors are complimentary only with social functions.
